Deloitte Tower

The 28-storey commercial office tower is located in downtown Montreal between two landmarks, the Bell Centre and Windsor Station (Heritage designation).  The modern slender glass tower is split into two volumes to address the urban density and streetscape engagement with pedestrians. Deloitte Tower provides much needed office and retail space supported by direct connections to the main subway station and the city’s main underground pedestrian network. Key design features include a bridge link into the existing Bell Centre at level 4, a modern main lobby which respectfully incorporates the steel heritage structure of Windsor Station, and an exterior courtyard pool which converts to an ice rink during the winter.
